Terms of Service

Movie Gress (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a streaming service operated by [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME], with registered address [REGISTERED_ADDRESS]. By accessing or using Movie Gress (including as a guest), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use Movie Gress only with a parent or guardian’s consent, and parents should use Kids profiles where appropriate. By creating an account you confirm you meet these rules or have that consent.

You may sign up with email and password or, where available, Continue with Google. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person should control each account. Each account may have up to five profiles (including Kids profiles).

You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in methods secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly via [SUPPORT_EMAIL] if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Guests may browse and watch a limited preview (currently about five minutes per viewing session quota) without creating an account. We may change, pause, or end guest preview at any time. Full playback requires signing in.

Movie Gress is a streaming service for personal viewing. Unless we clearly say otherwise, titles are streamed and not offered for permanent download. Quality and availability depend on your device, internet connection, and region. Features may differ by device.

We only host titles we are permitted to host for this library. Titles may be added, updated, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for your personal, non-commercial, private viewing. Public performance, commercial exhibition, or using Movie Gress as a public screening service is not allowed.

You must not:

• Pirate, copy, rip, screen-record, or otherwise capture streams
• Circumvent DRM, access controls, or technical protections
• Share, sell, or rent account credentials
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated access without our permission
• Reverse engineer the service except where law allows
• Hack, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access
• Bypass VPN or geo-restrictions where content is region-limited
• Upload malware or harmful material, or engage in unlawful activity

Titles, trademarks, the Movie Gress name and logo, software, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Rights holders who believe content on Movie Gress infringes their copyright may notify us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. Please include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Location of the material on Movie Gress (URL or title details)
• Your contact details
• A good-faith statement that use is not authorised
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act

We will review notices and may remove or disable access to the material. If content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with similar detail. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.

Paid plans are not live yet. During this period, access may be free or limited and can change with notice. When paid plans launch, pricing and features will be shown on Plans, and billing rules (including refunds) will apply as described there and in our Refund Policy. We do not currently charge you for Movie Gress.

Applies when paid plans launch: payments will be processed by [PAYMENT_PARTNER]. Full card details are handled by that partner and are not stored by Movie Gress on our servers.

If we offer a free trial or promotion (when paid plans launch or earlier), it is limited to one per person unless we say otherwise. We may end or change trials and promotions with notice where required.

Kids profiles help keep mature titles out of younger shelves. Content ratings and labels are guidance only. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising what minors watch.

If you send feedback, ratings, or similar content, you keep ownership of your words, but you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, and display them in connection with Movie Gress. Do not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice. You may stop using Movie Gress and request account deletion at any time via [SUPPORT_EMAIL] or account settings where available. Effects on data are described in our Privacy Policy. When paid plans are live, subscription effects follow the Plan rules.

We may update features, perform maintenance, or experience downtime. We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Movie Gress is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladesh law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Movie Gress and [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and, where appropriate, give notice on the site or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
